Fog Guard: Road Fog Remover Reducing Driving Hazards

A lack of visibility on the road when driving is a serious road hazard for all drivers, leading to accidents and deaths globally. Current safety measures on cars include fog lights, driving slower, etc., but are all reliant on the driver's reaction time, not addressing the issue. My idea is to implement a device that uses renewable energy to self-power and remove/capture the fog to clear the air.
